Job Description


You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare key reports, manage budgets, and provide
strategic financial guidance to support the company's creative and operational priorities.


Key Responsibilities

Here's what you will be doing:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including income,
expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
2. Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow projections, and other reports to provide
the management team with a clear picture of the company's financial health3. Assist with the creation and monitoring of organizational budgets, identifying any
discrepancies or areas for improvement
4. Process invoices, handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments
to vendors and contractors
5. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis
6. Support the preparation of financial documents and materials for audits, tax filings, and
grant reporting
7. Provide guidance on financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
relevant laws and regulations
8.Identify opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and financial optimization
9.Collaborate with the executive team, project managers, and other departments to
address financial concerns and provide strategic input.


Who is the ideal Accountant?
Our Accountant should possess:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software
3. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to interpret financial data and communicate complex information clearly
6. Experience in the entertainment industry or a nonprofit setting is preferred
7. Passion for supporting the arts, creative projects, and the mission of the company
