2. Work closely with the director and cinematographer to bring their creative vision to life
3. Assemble footage, apply color grading, add music/sound effects, and implement visual
effects as needed
4. Ensure editorial choices enhance storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact
5. Collaborate with the post-production team to refine edits and deliver final video files

Provide input and suggestions during the creative review process
7. Assist with organizing, logging, and managing video assets
Who is the ideal Video Editor?
Our video editor should possess:
1. Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
2. Strong understanding of editing principles, including pacing, rhythm, continuity, and
cinematic techniques
3. Experience with color correction, sound design, and visual effects integration
4. Ability to work well under deadlines and receive feedback gracefully
